Description of problem:Weather modules on Mate Panel clock and other Mate weather apps no longer work.

Try to get weather info on the panel clock on a Mate desktop

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose Panel Clock preferences....choose a city for weather

Actual results:  No weather
