Description of problem:
Running command 'rpm -ql hicolor-icon-theme' does not list any icon, only directories, README, etc.

hicolor-icon-theme-0.15-3.fc24

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run 'rpm -ql hicolor-icon-theme'.

Actual results:
No icons are listed, only directories, README, etc.

Expected results:
All the directories and files of the package are listed.

Yes, it's a package that installs directories that other packages can drop files into.
