F25 and Rawhide ship two versions of Krita:
https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/calligra-krita/ and https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/krita/

The Krita sub-package of Calligra should be disabled.

kexi isn't packaged separately in fedora (yet), so no need for a bug
