Description of problem: Unable to adjust screen brightness on Dell XPS 13.  Fn keys show the bios gauge, but don't do anything.  Brightness slide from within KDE power management settings don't do anything.  Everything works with kernel 4.6.7-200.fc23.x86_64, but fails with 4.7.2-101.fc23.x86_64 and 4.7.3-100.fc23.x86_64.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.7.2-101.fc23.x86_64 and 4.7.3-100.fc23.x86_64.


How reproducible:  Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Boot affected kernel
2.attempt to adjust the screen brightness
3.

Actual results:Screen brightness cannot be adjusted.


Expected results:Screen brightness can be adjusted.


Additional info: Bug/error introduced between 4.6.7-200.fc23.x86_64 and 4.7.2-101.fc23.x86_64.

Problem appears to be resolved in kernel 4.7.7-100.fc23.x86_64.

Yes, it's resolved, already in 4.7.6-100.fc23.x86_64
