Description of problem: Customization Templates no longer enforce uniqueness


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.7.0.0


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a Customization Template, adding a name, description, script and set dropdowns to CentOS-6 and Kickstart
2. Add another Customization Template with exactly the same details
3.

Actual results: No Error is presented


Expected results: Should be an error to start that the Name/Description has already been taken.
