Description of problem:
When trying to start Apache instance using startssl a message is shown:

java.lang.Exception: Operation START_SSL failed. Exit code: [2]
, Output : [The startssl option is no longer supported.
Please edit httpd.conf to include the SSL configuration settings
and then use apachectl start.
***********************************

This command should be removed
