Description of problem:
after installing package "rubygem-ovirt-engine-sdk4" with yum:

[1] pry(main)> require "ovirtsdk4"
Gem::LoadError: Could not find 'curb' (~> 0.8) among 10 total gem(s)
from /usr/share/rubygems/rubygems/dependency.rb:296:in `to_specs'

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install ovirt ruby sdk on a rhel7.2 machine
2. irb
3. require "ovirtsdk4"

Actual results:
fails on dependency

Expected results:
should have all required dependencies from rpm
