Description of problem:
while trying to add virtual disks to a VM (and press ok), got the error:

"Error while executing action: 

irosenzw-engine:
Cannot add Virtual Disk. Cannot find a disk profile defined on storage domain ${$storageDomainId}. "

Red Hat Virtualization Manager Version: 4.0.4.3-0.1.el7ev

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. connect to https://integration-engine.eng.lab.tlv.redhat.com/ovirt-engine/
2. create a VM 
3. attach a virtual disk to the vm

Actual results:
Error as written above

Expected results:
Virtual disk created and attached to the vm

2. go to "lab4" -> "lab4-nested"
3. create a VM 
4. attach a virtual disk to the vm

(On "lab3" it works)

Should be fixed in the next 4.0.4 respin (4.0.4.4), fix is already merged - https://gerrit.ovirt.org/63535

Regardless to that, next time always attach logs when you open a bug.
