Description of problem:
When user tries to "Suspend" or "Shutdown" the Middleware server, a popup window is opened to enter Timeout parameter and continue.
The buttons in that timeout form: "Cancel", "Suspend", "Shutdown" do not have html alt on them.
Please add those missing html alts.
