Description of problem:
OpenStack 7 under cloud nodes backup procedure available @https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-enterprise-linux-openstack-platform/version-7/back-up-and-restore-red-hat-enterprise-linux-openstack-platform/.

However, this is not describing the procedure of the OverCloud nodes backup procedure.
