Fixed by commit http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/rpms/libjpeg-turbo.git/commit/?id=927c976b55bf47c6afa7f41c4338a9477df91783

With the help of rebase-helper, I did not detect any ABI/API incompatibilities.
