Description of problem:
API of internal copr is no longer compatible with copr-cli.

1. copr-cli list-packages <copr name>


Actual results:
Error: Unknown response from the server. Code: 404, raw response: 
...


Expected results:
Json response containing information about packages in the project.

Seeing the same issue here with copr-cli-1.51-1.fc23

Internal copr is updated, and the API should be fully compatible with the
latest copr-cli 1.58.
