It works for me only when I hover the annotation icon. No clicking. Which version of Evince were you using? I tried it on two devices (both running above mentioned version of evince) and it didn't work. On another machine with Evince 3.20.1 it does work, both the hovering and pop-up. I have evince-3.14.2-17.el7.x86_64 fails in 3.14, works in 3.22, so should work if we rebase to >= 3.22 This has been fixed by rebase to 3.22. I can confirm that it works with 3.28.2. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA. Created attachment 1203292 [details] Test PDF document with comments Description of problem: When looking at a PDF document with comments (created with LibreOffice for instance), Evince shows the annotation icon at places where comments are, but clicking on the icon does nothing. The comment pop up does not appear. It does work on another machine with Evince 3.20.1, though, so the document itself is probably ok. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Evince 3.14.2-5.el7 How reproducible: Open the attached document in Evince, try to click on the annotation icon and see whether the comment pops up or not. Actual results: Comment should pop up. Expected results: Comment pop up does not appear.
