Description of problem:
python-windows-2.7.8-2.fc23.noarch.rpm is corrupt(on at least several if not all mirrors) of ovirt-engine 4.0 packages, preventing mirroring to local repositories.  This has been tested on several machines running RHEL 7.  This corruption results in failed downloads and odd permission denied errors regardless of the permissions on the rpm file or the SELinux context.

How reproducible:
Here is a simple example to demonstrate that the package is corrupted, what I am actually trying to do is clone the repo using reposync.

yum install --download-only --downloaddir=/tmp python-windows

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the ovirt-release package to install the YUM repository for ovirt-4.0
2. Run yum install --download-only --downloaddir=/tmp python-windows

Actual results:

Additional info:
The package often does not download at all, but when it does, it is corrupt.

Bug tickets must have version flags set prior to targeting them to a release. Please ask maintainer to set the correct version flags and only then set the target milestone.

About the selinux context, be sure that you've configured correctly selinux on your system, yum need selinux permission for saving content in a directory its not supposed to write to.
