Okay, I've got a fix: https://hub.qgis.org/issues/15602 QGIS 2.18.1 is available now. There's a COPR for it at https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/neteler/QGIS-2.18-Las-Palmas/ for Fedora 23 and 24 (but not 25). I'm on 25; currently building from upstream source. This issue is effectively resolved: 2.16.3 is in F25. I hesitate to upgrade older releases. Compatibility between different version project formats is unclear to me. Braver volunteers are welcome! |
