Description of problem:
When dumping with the dump utility, the archive file (-A flag) is generated as empty file.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora 24, dump 0.4b45 (using libext2fs 1.42.13 of 17-May-2015)

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dump -0 -A /tmp/arch-test -f /tmp/dump-test /opt (as an example)

Actual results:
The archive file is empty

Expected results:
An archive file with the right contents

This issue is resolved in the latest dump release (dump-0.4b46)

This release is in testing phase. You can install it by following command:

   sudo dnf --enablerepo=updates-testing upgrade dump

Feel free to reopen this bug in case the issue persist.
