Comment 3 Martin Bříza 2016-09-23 10:00:14 UTC
I don't understand what you mean by this report. I get "Ready to write" immediately after the media check that only occurs right after the file was downloaded, not when I start the tool again.

Comment 4 lnie 2016-09-23 10:17:37 UTC
Maybe because I didn't insert a usb stick? If that's the difference I would like suggest that "ready to write"shows up even if there is no usb inserted. In some situations, users choose to insert the usb after the downloading is finished.

Comment 5 Martin Bříza 2016-09-23 10:20:08 UTC
I didn't have anything inserted and despite that, I get the message it's ready to write after the check has finished.

Comment 6 lnie 2016-09-23 10:26:04 UTC
yeah,I confirmed it just now,the problem(if it is)is mediawriter starts check the downloading at least 10 minutes after the bar shows the downloading is finished(100% completion).

Comment 7 Martin Bříza 2016-09-23 10:27:22 UTC
I have a fix for that, it's just not committed yet. Thanks for the report.
