Description of problem:
When choosing custom layout 'thin LVM' not not pre-selected for auto partitioning and default fails. If we force 'thin LVM', it should be the default.

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHV-H 4.
2. Choose to create custom layout

Actual results: 
LVM is chosen by default for auto-partitioning and applying layout fails.
Only when selecting thin LVM does this work.

Expected results:
Thin LVM is pre-selected and auto-partitioning works without additional step.
