Describe the issue: 
In order for the metrics to still be accessible within OpenShift, the router running on the master will need to be running and functional, due to the way routing happens inside OpenShift. 

Suggestions for improvement: 
Change the suggestion that it is possible into a statement saying that it needs to be done to have metrics continue to function normally.
