Description of problem:

after this update my dnf on arm stopped to work

How is this issue reproduced?

Also would you be able to install Python 3.5.2 from fedora 25 repos and try to see if it's resolved?

Just to be sure, this bug is on Fedora 24, correct?

And so we can reproduce it: What arm are you running?

yes, fedora 24, scaleway arm machines, 

Hardware	: Marvell Armada 370/XP (Device Tree)
