Description Jan Hutař 2016-09-29 09:09:33 UTC
Description of problem:
API client.channel.software.createRepo() should not advertise it supports "uln" repository type as we are IMO not able to test that.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
spacewalk-java-2.5.14-8.el6sat.noarch

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. See https://<sat580_fqdn>/rhn/apidoc/handlers/ChannelSoftwareHandler.jsp#createRepo

Actual results:
Docs mention repository type can be "uln" as well (besides "yum").

Expected results:
Only what can be tested and/or supported should be in the documentation.

Additional info:
"uln" stands for "Unbreakable Linux Network"

Comment 8 Tomas Lestach 2016-10-24 09:40:44 UTC
I'm closing this BZ as WONTFIX.
We keep advertising 'uln' repository type in Sat5.8. See Comment 5 for more info.
