Bugzilla trunk has code that replaces usages of scalar grep with List::Util::any.

This provides a performance boost when dealing with large lists of components or products.

We should backport this to bugzilla 5.0 and merge it in with upstream bugzilla, so we can pull it down into our instance of bugzilla.
