Description of problem:
bootstrap.py does not install Foreman's SSH remote execution key.

katello-client-bootstrap-1.1.0-2.el7sat

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. register a client with bootstrap.py


Actual results:
No key in /root/.ssh/authorized_keys

Expected results:
Foreman's key there

Registered a client with bootstrap.py script.
