Various pieces of documentation need to be corrected for both RHEL 6 and RHEL 7.

I don't remember if these go through bzs are not, but a couple of
corrections:

"Introduction to Pacemaker Cluster Tools"

* "This example creates an Apache web browser" should be "This example
creates an Apache HTTP Server". (It is commonly referred to as just
"Apache", but "Apache HTTP Server" is the full name, so we should use
that on first reference.)

* "enable the status server URL": This uses an older syntax that is
deprecated on RHEL 7. If you want to minimize the RHEL 6/7 differences,
you could keep this the same, but if you want to optimize for RHEL 7, it
should be:

# cat <<-END > /etc/httpd/conf.d/status.conf
<Location /server-status>
    SetHandler server-status
    Require local
</Location>
END


The above change also needs to be made in:

 "Introduction to Failover in a Pacemaker Cluster"
 https://access.redhat.com/articles/2123551

and

 https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/7/html/High_Availability_Add-On_Administration/s1-webserversetup-HAAA.html

I think I'll open a BZ just so I have a record here.  Sometimes I sneak
in small corrections, but this

This actually comes up a lot in the Administration Guide (which you
noted later).  I just changed all of those references
in the RHEL 7 version that will go out with RHEL 7.3.

For the article on the Portal we minimize the differences, but for the
RHEL 7 manual it should probably be updated. I'm just not sure about
changing it without testing it, so I'll leave that for now and leave the
BZ open  for that testing.
