Thanks for the report, could you please paste the right character and phrase there? Thank you. Still on Fedora 25 : ­Nouvelle fenêtre Should be: Nouvelle fenêtre The same problem is for Italian [it], as reported in bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1400531, and apparently for [de], i.e. "­Neues Fenster" instead of "Neues Fenster". I hope it is resolved now, please do not hesitate to reopen if you find otherwise. |
Created attachment 1206483 [details] Screenshots of dash and firefox.desktop file There is a soft hyphen encoding before the "New Window" desktop action in some languages, like in French. See the screenshots with what it looks like in gnome-shell and the wrong content in /usr/share/applications/firefox.desktop itself. The firefox.desktop file needs to be cleaned up.
