Description of problem:
machinectl pull-raw/tar does not work.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. echo hi > test.tar; php -S localhost:12345
2. machinectl pull-raw --verify=no http://localhost:12345/test.tar

Actual results:
Enqueued transfer job 1. Press C-c to continue download in background.
Pulling 'http://brani.cz/test.tar', saving as 'test'.
Downloading 3B for http://brani.cz/test.tar.
Premature connection termination.
Failed to retrieve image file. (Wrong URL?)
Exiting.

Expected results:
Downloaded image

After evaluating this issue, there are no plans to address it further or fix it in an upcoming release.  Therefore, it is being closed.  If plans change such that this issue will be fixed in an upcoming release, then the bug can be reopened.
