Patches were not touched. All were applied properly

Hi,

I will update to 2.0.0.
By this update, spring-watcher-listen will also be updated from current 2.0.0 to latest 2.0.1. And I will do it too soon.

I updated rubygem-spring-watcher-listen to 2.0.1.
I updated rubygem-spring to 2.0.0.
