+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1108904 +++

Description of problem:
Support register a VM which is already exists in the setup with clone.
The feature should support, the following:

* Register the remaining disks to the existing VM in the setup (While there was no change in the VM)
* Register a new VM (cloned) while there is already the same VM in the setup, only with part of the disks, which are not existed in the existing VM
* Register a template with part of the storage domains.
* Register the remaining disks to an existing template.

We didn't get to this bug for more than 2 years, and it's not being considered for the upcoming 4.4. It's unlikely that it will ever be addressed so I'm suggesting to close it.
If you feel this needs to be addressed and want to work on it please remove cond nack and target accordingly.
