Currently we require quartz 2.1.2 maven artifact at build time but starting with Fedora 24 quartz 2.2.1 is now available.
Please consider rebasing on 2.2.1.

Martin, how does that relate to the thread unification effort?

As a part of BZ1416141 we are trying to switch from Quartz to ManagedScheduledExecutorService, so we are not going to use Quartz package any more
