This issue is caused by removal of rubyrep replication workers settings in https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/pull/9696, some of the leftover code is causing the flash message to be displayed on screen. Navigate to Configuration, go to the Workers tab 2. Change a value in any of the Worker dropdowns and hit Save 3.
