This problem is still present with the 0.14.0 packages, in Fedora 23 and 24. qpid-proton-c-devel-0.14.0-1.fc23.x86_64.rpm qpid-proton-c-devel-0.14.0-1.fc24.x86_64.rpm and there are still no qpid-proton-cpp packages, eg: qpid-proton-cpp-0.14.0-1.fc23.x86_64.rpm qpid-proton-cpp-devel-0.14.0-1.fc23.x86_64.rpm qpid-proton-0.17.0-1.fc25 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 25. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2017-53cf0eca62 qpid-proton-0.17.0-1.fc25 has been pushed to the Fedora 25 testing repository.
