Description Andrew Dahms 2016-10-04 05:28:27 UTC
A note must be added to the Deployment Planning Guide in the section on regions and other setup configurations that lets users know that it is possible to configure CFME in a highly available setup, and that in this case, all PostgreSQL instances must be running on a server that is deployed from the CloudForms appliance.

Assigning to Dayle for review.

Comment 3 Dayle Parker 2016-10-24 05:10:27 UTC
Hi Suyog,

I've added a note on the ability to configure highly available CloudForms, with a link to a reference architecture the engineering team was basing the feature on (in an ifdef for CF).

https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq_docs/pull/154

Please let me know you think this is sufficient, or if you have any comments.

Many thanks for reviewing!

Cheers,
Dayle

Documentation for this feature is now available in the CloudForms 4.2 beta docs. Closing this bug.
