Evince's AppMenu button

Description of problem:
There is no 'Exit' button in the AppMenu of Evince so you can't close the application from there.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Evince 3.20.1.1.fc24

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an PDF with Evince,
2. Click on the "Document Viewer" (AppMenu button) string next to the "Activities" string,
3. Try to exit the program from there.

Actual results:
There is no exit button.

Expected results:
There should be an exit button.

I have once proposed a patch for it at https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=706939

Should we patch it downstream instead?

Upstream doesn't agree with addition of the quit action according to the bugs. I'm closing this as wontfix.
