Can you please attach `/var/cache/dnf/tempfiles.json`?

Then to resolve the problem "rm /var/cache/dnf/tempfiles.json" should do the trick.

Case closed by deleting this file. Thanks to Jan Silhan

It looks like the problem has been solved by removing the file.
