2. Designer - Profile - Create a new profile , do not select all values like key pair ,availability zone and save 
3. Profile gets created

This seems to be both a UX issue and API issue.  

Jillian - Can you make sure that the API doesn't allow the creation of "blank" profiles.  Can you please send this ticket to Jeff Phillips when you update the API so he can adjust the UX?

Jeff - Can you please add the validation to the UX?

This is the expected behavior of an Arbitration Profile. The required fields are the Name and Provider, all other fields are optional. Validation occurs on these two fields right now on both front end and back end.
