Description of problem:
There is a type in the description of the host-evacuate procedure on https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-openstack-platform/8/single/instances-and-images-guide#section-move-all-instances
In Step 1, nova host-evacuate doesn't take any "instance_name" parameter...
