Description ell1e 2016-10-05 13:46:08 UTC
Description of problem:
In dillo as packaged right now with Fedora 24, it appears that HTTPS doesn't work. If I try to visit a HTTPS site, the browser freezes for ~3 seconds (no reaction to any clicks, blinking cursor stops blinking, ..) and then the status bar says something like "ERROR - Can't start dpid daemon".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.0.4.1-5.fc24

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install dillo
2. Launch dillo
3. Visit some https site by typing it into the url, e.g. https://www.google.com

Actual results:
doesn't work, error shows up in status bar

Expected results:
works
