Hmm, that looks like a bug in the documentation processing tools. There is a whitespace between the ignore and /etc/pam.conf in the .xml file it just isn't part of the emphasized text. Adding space inside the emphasis would be just a workaround. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
