This change has already been verified on 5.7.  I performed refreshed again on several regions with private images and recorded no errors.  The code change is just a few lines and looks pretty straight forward.

I was on the original call and I personally have never been able to reproduce the issue.

Moving to verified for 5.6.3 using 10.16.6.220
