Description Ivan Necas 2016-10-06 20:31:45 UTC
Description of problem:

In the upgrade process, we should be more explicit about what's going
to change in the to-be-updated version, to prevent some post-upgrade
surprises the user might have. This could be part of a pre-upgrade
script, especially if we detect features being used in the satellite
that would be affected by the upgrade

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum update

Actual results:

Not information about the scope of changes is provided, continues with
upgrades immediately.

Expected results:

The information about the scope of changes is provided, asking the
user to confirm to continue.

Might be connected to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1184568,
this BZ is focused on providing the information about the next version
and upgrade process.

This did not make the 1.15/3.5 cut. I am pushing this out.
