Description of problem:
Found during testing provider CRUD. In 5.7.0.3, after delete operation, the message is "success: Delete initiated for 1 Infrastructure Provider from the ManageIQ Database" but expected message is "Delete initiated for 1 Infrastructure Provider from the CFME Database".
This requires overpicking in automation testing.

Detele provider

Actual results:
5.7.0.3 flash message "success: Delete initiated for 1 Infrastructure Provider from the ManageIQ Database"

5.6 and older flash message "Delete initiated for 1 Infrastructure Provider from the CFME Database"

Expected results:
Unify the flash messages for all new builds
