For more details:

On 4.0 the surrogate keys module "hashtwo" is available as a commercial product only:

  http://book.varnish-software.com/4.0/chapters/Cache_Invalidation.html

  * Available as hashtwo VMOD in Varnish Plus 4.0 (Commercial product, license required)

On 4.1 the surrogate keys module "xkey" does not require a commercial license:

  * Available as xkey VMOD in Varnish Cache 4.1 and later (Free)

Red Hat does not currently plan to provide any further changes to this collection in a Red Hat Software Collections update release.

This software collection is nearing the retirement date (November 2018) after which customers are encouraged to upgrade to a later release.

Please contact Red Hat Support if you have further questions, or refer to the support lifecycle page for more information. https://access.redhat.com/support/policy/updates/rhscl/

Already available SCL rh-varnish5 fulfils the requirement for "libvmod-xkey".
