Description of problem:

json-c has still disabled debuginfo package which is important for debuging.
It was disabled due to bz903009, but I think that problem with rpm is gone and json-c should build debuginfo package.

json-c-0.11-12.el6

How reproducible:
Build the package

Actual results:
json-c-debuginfo-0.11-12.el6.x86_64.rpm doesn't exist

Expected results:
json-c-debuginfo-0.11-12.el6.x86_64.rpm do exist

Verified:

OLD:
# yum downgrade /mnt/redhat/brewroot/packages/json-c/0.11/12.el6/x86_64/json-c-*
...
# rpm -qa json-c*
json-c-0.11-12.el6.x86_64

New:
# yum install /mnt/redhat/brewroot/packages/json-c/0.11/13.el6/x86_64/json-c*


# rpm -qa json-c*
json-c-devel-0.11-13.el6.x86_64
json-c-debuginfo-0.11-13.el6.x86_64
json-c-0.11-13.el6.x86_64
