The download links are configurable and can be changed according to the following docs:

https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/3.3/install_config/web_console_customization.html#adding-or-changing-links-to-download-the-cli

The GitHub link is a fallback displayed in case it was not configured. You should get in contact with the owners of that cluster (in case it's not you), or reassign this bug to have it changed based on the docs.

OCP isn't supposed to link to origin, its got missed during origin -> OCP rebranding
