Created attachment 1208330 [details] alsa info output Description of problem: From cold boot, during Gnome startup two short bursts of crackling noise come from internal speakers, there's a second or less between them. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Fedora 24 (Workstation Edition) Kernel release: 4.7.5-200.fc24.x86_64 How reproducible: Every time on boot. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Turn on computer 2. Wait for DE startup Actual results: Hearing crackling sound. Expected results: Absolute silence (or Gnome startup sound, if that should play - not sure about that). Additional info: Lenovo Thinkpad 13 (20GJ001HMH) Same issue occurs on Ubuntu 16.04.1 Live ISO.
