Description Giuseppe Bonomelli 2016-10-08 19:54:17 UTC
Description of problem:

I'm unable to start Settings on Fedora 24. I tried to find what was the issue from journal, so i opened the terminal and typed the following command:

"journalctl -f"

the related output is:

Oct 08 21:33:24 Host-001 gnome-control-center.desktop[4320]: gnome-control-center: error while loading shared libraries: libwbclient.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
GNOME CONTROL CENTER 1:3.20.1-1.fc24

How reproducible:
open Settings

Steps to Reproduce:
1.search in the applications "settings"
2.open Settings
3.

Actual results:
it doesn't start

Expected results:
Should start

Additional info:

i tried to fix it via dnf update comand but the problem still remains...

so... it seems that the settings daemon is unable to find a library, right?
