Description of problem:
Networking tab is displayed in Cockpit, but there is no update about "Network manager and vdsm", so should continue to hide Networking tab in Cockpit.

1.Install redhat-virtualization-host-4.0-20161007.0
2.Login Cockpit
3.Focus on Networking tab


Actual results:
1. After step3, Networking tab is displayed in Cockpit

Expected results:
1. After step3, should continue to hide Networking tab in Cockpit

Additional info:
There is no update about display Networking tab in Cockpit, so QE think this is a bug.
If need to open Networking tab, update in smoke test report is better.

1.Install redhat-virtualization-host-4.0-20161027.1
2.Login Cockpit
3.Focus on Networking tab

Test results:
1. After step3, Networking tab is hidden in Cockpit

So this bug is fixed in redhat-virtualization-host-4.0-20161027.1, change the status to VERIFIED.
