Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to compute->cloud->tenants
2 On tenant summary page click on for ex:cloud subnets
3 select a subnet in list view and  perform actions (delete/Edit tags)

Actual results:
The page just refreshes

After following mentioned steps able to perform edit tags on entities navigated from Cloud Tenants to any entity.
