100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to compute->cloud->tenants
2 On tenant summary page click on volumes
3 select a volume in list view and edit selected cloud volume

Actual results:
edit form not displayed, however page is redirected to tenant list

Expected results:
edit form should be displayed

Most of the issue mention in the PR is reproducible in the build and I think some of them have been already logged.

After following steps, edit volume form is displayed for selected volume.
