Description of problem:
Can't select products that not in same classification when setting dependent product.

5.0.3-rh8

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login by admin, then open edit product page of 'Bugzilla' which in classification 'community'
2.Try to select dependent product 
3.

Actual results:
Couldn't choose other classification products as dependent product

Expected results:
Could choose other classification products as dependent product

Additional info:
This works well by xmlrpc

Tested on QA environment(5.0.3-rh9)
Result: Pass
